What events do we host?
From receptions for clients to training sessions, conferences and product launches the Bury St Edmunds & Farmers Club offers you a prestigious yet cost-effective venue.
We have a number of rooms available or, even the whole club!
What services are included with the venue and room hire?
From casual meetings in the bar to garden events, we offer refreshments and full catering options as well as everything for a successful day of business: wi-fi, AV / TV, screen and projector, flip chart, conference pens and paper.
Who uses the club for events?
Many clubs, individuals, societies and organisations use the Bury St Edmunds & Farmers Club: for committee or general meetings, for conferences and for events for their members. Some of them have been doing so for 70 years! Other have only just seen the advantages.
How much will it cost?

Catering
Our restaurant is known for its excellent freshly-prepared food. The fully-equipped on site kitchens and a team of in-house chefs are more than happy to cater for your event: anything from a coffee to a full meal.

Parking
Though mostly reserved for our members, parking is available, particularly if your event falls outside our regular hours.
Members’ parking is £1.75 per hour.
Non-members should contact us to discuss charges.
We currently have 7 long-term spaces to hire at great rates.
How Does it Work?
Who can rent an office?
It?s hard to find reasonably-priced office space in Bury St Edmunds: let alone working space in such a beautiful building. Because of this we have hosted businesses ranging from brand-new start-ups to long-established companies.
What are the rules?
We have a minimum letting period of three months. After that, we need only two months notice. This gives you extra flexibility in your business.
